Company Carpooling with incentives?

My company is considering instituting a carpooling program. Do you have one? How does it work?

We have a ridesharing program for carpools (minimum 3 persons) and vanpools (minimum 7). I'm in a 12-person vanpool; our expenses are parking (reduced), van rental, gasoline, and payment for driver. After the company pays each rider $65 a month our average out-of-pocket comes to $3 a day, which is less than one-third if I were to drive alone. I'm not stressed and along the way I can read the papers or take a nap. Being in a carpool has similar benefits.
