Compaq Presario SR1807UK

Hi there, I'm trying to restore someones Compaq back to it's original OS but it doesn't seem to work when pressing F10 on boot up and there are no Compaq Tools to help restore it as someone has deleted them. Is it still possible to restore it to it's original state ?
