Compaq eve n610c

Question

hello, i trully need your help, my compaq evo will load, the power lites are up and running, fan running fine, every thing you would expect when you turn a laptop on, exept here is the problem, my screen is completley black, it seems dead, i cannot see anything, as im a new world slacker, i realy need your help, thankyou
