  1. take to a computer technician

  2. It sounds as if there are fake anti-spyware programs and fake anti-virus programs popping up everywhere trying to trick you into giving them your personal and billing details.

Your computer is most likely infected with spyware and viruses and trojans so your best bet would be to get an Anti-Virus program such as Windows Live OneCare or Norton Anti-Virus to remove the viruses and trojans. There are also some anti-spyware programs such as Ad-aware that will help you get rid of the spyware on your computer.

Just remember, don't click on anything that says "You have 132 viruses. Click here to purchase an Anti-Virus program" or something to that effect. Those are most definitely phishing websites.

  3. I'm mad at Trend Micro right now because they are suing my favorite Anti-virus over a patent they've claimed -- which matched a product Sun Microsystems was offering ten years before the patent filing.  Nevertheless, last time I was on Windows I used their house call frequently.  Go to:

    http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

It will scan and help clean your computer on the web and it is free.

  4. antivirus 2009 is a virus itself.  Try rebooting your computer in safe mode and run a GOOD antivirus/anitspyware program.  Run ccleaner to clean all your temp files (free program)

  5. i had the same problem...

Click on the following link and do as required, it will solve your problem

    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/malware-...

The problem you have is that antivirus 2009 is a malware and you need to get it removed. it is easy to follow!

  6. I'd recommend that you download Spyware Terminator and do a full scan and remove anything it finds... http://www.spywareterminator.com/

  7. Go to Walmart / Target, or where-ever and buy a anti-virus program like McAfee with site advisor. Install it, and then click on scan. Brand of computer doesn't matter.
