Computer Screen Sideways.....Need Help ASAP!?

Question

I was at a friend's house and we were messing with batch codes, which we have experience in......he created two batch files which made both open each other.....repeatedly....and i was trying to stop it and was unable to do so......We pressed some button and it caused his screen to switch sideways.....his monitor is a widescreen and now instead of standing up vertically....it switched laying down horizontally so now we have to look sideways to do anything.....if you could help.....we would really appreciate it.....sorry if this is not formated correctly.....but my neck hurts.....we appreciate your help.....and we need it ASAP......thanks....my friend and I! (The two idiots) lol
