Computer Systen Restore?! Please help!!?

Question

My clueless sister has just deleted important programmes from my computer account, just so that she can get revenge on me- blaming me, because her account was running slow.

I need these programmes back. I would try and get each of them back again, but she deleted so much, I don't know where to start.

If I createa restore point on my computer, and restore it to yesterday, does this mean I get my programmes back?

Or am I totally off track?

Please help!

You could try it not sure never did that but you might be able to find the program by search all files and folders type in the program go to the folder find the EXE file double click on the EXE file should install

i screwed up like that one time a freind told me to do a system restore 10days back and it worked fine for me.  Good luck
