Computer does not recognize sansa

computer does not recognize sansa e200 player in the usb port. Missing instalation disk for the e200. Tried other usb slots and the same results, on the PC. Unit works on othe pc/s. Had set the usb mode on the e200 for auto detect mode.? Thanks.
