Computer f*cked?????????????

i am having and issue with trying to wipe my computer clean and now its only getting to the page were it says hit esc for boot and f11 f10 but i aint able to do anything i press them all and nothing ever happens? any thoughts?

you probably deleted more than you should have, replace it all, and reinstall your browser, in my opinion
