  1. Tool bar - is at the top

Task bar - is at the bottom, with the start button and time & stuff.

    Title bar - ain't got a clue

  2. Your taskbar is the long gray bar that sits at the bottom of your screen (you can move it to the top or either side of your screen though). It has the Start button, system tray, and possibly more on it. In addition, it's where your programs buttons sit.

On the other hand, Toolbars are the little strips at the top of a program that holds icons. Normally, they're under all the menus Note that most programs let you customize these to your liking. You can turn certain ones on or off. In fact, many programs let you decide which buttons to display. Try double-clicking or right-clicking a toolbar and see if it supports any customization.

and the title bar is Located at the top of the browser window, it displays the title of the visited page or The band across the top of a window containing the title of the application in the window it also contains the title that the Web designer named the page. You can use this title when citing a Web document in your papers.

  3. tool bar is at the top of an application, Task bar is usiually at the bottom (with the start button) and title bar is the (usually blue) bar at the top of the window.

  4. ahem lol a task bar is the one between Start and where you see the Clock. The title bar is the one that shows u the title (the top bar where the  _ , square thing and X is located) and the Tool Bar is the one in the left of the clock where you usually have the antivirus , skype , Y!M and other programs. Hope i was some help :)
