  1. if you have a router, make sure you have a wep encryption on it. otherwise you neighbors may be stealing your signal. he other problem might be that you have spyware and it is sending info back to the creator. the last and most likely reason for you problem is that your isp is a B*ch. they may be charging you too much because they can.

    Your ISP SUCKS MAN

  2. Uploading/Downloading bill....? O.º

Who the heck is your ISP?! You need to switch ISPs... like now.  Paying per gigabyte is a scam. Where I live there are numerous Cable and DSL options, all of which have unlimited downloading for a flat fee each month.

What you should do is call your ISP at 9 a.m. and complain.

  3. You might have some spyware on your computer that is working your computer when you arent... Get Ad-aware and Spybot search and destroy and get rid of them....

    Also to your task manager

    got to File > Run

in the Run application type in MSConfig

From there go to the Startup column

    Disable anything you dont recognize.

But I would swich your ISP to someone that doesnt charge per download.

  4. WOW !!! get rid of whoever you using for an ISP your being ripped off big time also if your running wireless your need to activate your routers security features like WEP or better , if not wireless then make sure your computer is free of all viruses/spyware/adware ....etc and always keep your Windows up to date with the latest patches ......good luck to you ....
