  1. One bag of Sacrete, Pancrete, and other premix, is supposed to do one cubic foot of concrete.

It doesn't. Plan on 1/2 to 2/3 of a cubic foot per sack.

  2. woodtick has it right ...2/3rds of a cubic foot...so 3 bags for every 2 cu. ft.

  3. one 80lb bag is a cubic foot when dry, when you add water it will shrink down to about 3/4's of a cubic foot. So to get a cubic yard of mixed concrete you will need about 40 bags. Also if you look on the bag it will tell you how much you will need for the size slab you want to make.

  4. an #80 bag is 1 cubic foot- 27 cu. feet per yard. 1 cubic yard will cover 81 sq. feet @ 4" thick.

  5. An 80# bag of Quikrete is .6 cu. ft.  If you have a lot of concrete to do, you may want to consider ordering from a redi-mix company.  A yard is 27 cu. ft., or 3' x 3' x 3'.  That means that a yard of concrete would take 45 80# bags.  At 6" deep, a yard covers 54 sq. ft.  At 4" deep, a yard covers 81 sq ft.  Hope this helps.
