Conflicting IP addresses?

Question

I set up a static IP with windows vista and when I use the command line it shows the IP I set up. When I use the internet and go to a page that logs my IP address (Wikipedia) it shows a different address. I am using a wireless router from linksys WRT300N.

It is probably showing the Ip address of your router instead of the computer.
