wat do you think this quote means: " By nature men are pretty much alike, its learning and practice that set them apart.

I think it means that we are all born with ability to love, hate, learn, and even want the same things. I think it is the ability that is the same.

Learning and practice can alter a person. For instance, we may learn to hate and learn to fight, and that may set us apart from someone who has been taught differently. Do they have the ability to hate? Sure. But executing it and living that way is a different story.
