Connecticut Motorboat Test?

Question

I'm 13 and I think I'm ready to get my motorboating liscence. Is there a test like on paper or do you just show a guy you can drive a boat? You do have to be 13, right? I'm so worried!

Yes the test is on paper.  You are old enough to take the course.
