Considering a new camera?

Question

So, my sony Cyber-Shot recently fell, and it sorta broke....So im thinking about getting a new camera., But im not sure what i should be looking for.

I make youtube videos, And i want them to be good.

I Take myspace pictures and pictures of family and nature, so i want those to be good.

I want Audio on it.

I don't want it to break easily like the CyberShot

I like features such as Black and white, Sepia, ect. ect. ect.

Im willing to go up to 250$ for a new camera, hopefully one i can find at best buy, circuit city, or any other camera-carring electronic store

So if you have a recomendation, or know anything that can fit some/all of these things, then i'd be very thankful for your response :D
