Contacts as friends?

How come my contacts won't add me as a friend? Looking for friends people.

When you invite someone to connect with you on 360 page, you and them are both already connected together

On the Answers contact list, Some people may have more then they want, or they was not sure who you were.

If you do not have a contact then may be they are in your Fans list. Or you can be in their Fans list

are u speaking of one particular person because I do not recall a friend request from you hun. Id be more than glad to add you though.
