  1. I think you actually have to call and request this. I remember traveling Continental when I was younger and when they lady came by to ask what food we wanted my mom said that she made a request and we were given  a fruit salad, and this vegetable wrap. Fairly good but being young I wanted the other stuff. Hope this helps. Good luck and have a safe flight!

  2. I took a flight with them about a month ago. They gave us salad, m&ms, and a very small 'personal' pizza. It varies. If you have a flight before 10 Am. They'll only serve you a drink. After 7, they'll serve you snacks like peanuts, m&ms, pretzels. Depends on how long your flight is.

  3. great food actually i am a vegan

  4. Special meals must be requested by contacting the airline. Call them and explain your situation and if they are offering meal service on the flight, they will accommodate you. Just make sure you give them reasonable notice.

  5. I'm sure it varies from month to month, or even day to day.  Last time I flew continental was October 2007 and requested the vegetarian meal for breakfast.  I don't know if their vegetarian and vegan meals are actually the same meal.  Anyway, this was Houston to San Jose, Costa Rica.  For some reason the meal was partially Indian-themed.  Papadum, a patty containing potato with a tamarind chutney, and then Western stuff like mixed fruit.  It was actually really, really good.
