Continue education in USA?

I have completed 3 years of engineering in India . I got a gap of 2 years. I am wishing to complete my final year in USA. Please give me information of universities which will tranfer most of the credits and with reasonable tution,

I would first start by seeing what universities your university is affliated with. Then, I would contact the US embassy in your home country to see if they can offer assistance on price, courses and legalities of moving to the US for 2 years.
