Contract Law Question?

If anyone has any help regarding this question it would be very much appreciated! =)

"With reference to relevant rules, cases and statutes, when does acceptance occur?"

You will be assessed on your ability to:

*Explain the various rules (eg postal rule) regarding mode of acceptance

*Distinguish between these different modes of acceptance

I think its the modes that are getting me confused!

Without seeming harsh, I suggest you read a textbook on Contract Law, as this is exactly the type of thing it would cover.
