how can i convert an avi video to ipod format (mp4 i think?) for FREE. pleaaaaaaase dont offer me websites to programs i have to download and pay for. just something simple. thanks!

1. iPod accepts only MP4 format video, your video is AVI format,you need third party software to convert video to MP4, I always use wondershare iPod Converter Suite, it can easily convert video to ipod with high quality, that's really good, you can check it out here for free:
