Cooked food in phoenix?

My boy friend in staying alone in phoenix , and he is counting on fast food, i want to make him a surprise by sending him some home cooked food instead of hotdogs , chinese food and pizzas , i dont have any idea how can i do this , is there any restuarant or any person can do this, and i pay them online or through paypal , and they send the food to his address on the date i request? anybody can help with an idea
