  1. My car has a heat exchanger through which the fuel lines run.  The exchanger is heated by the engine cooling system.  By running the fuel lines in this way, the heat of the engine warms the fuel in the lines and makes it thinner.  The exchanger is bolted on to the engine bulkhead.

  2. I'm confused... Are you using cooking oil for your car engine?

For regular motors.. I know that companies sell a motor warmer if you live in the fridged north.

    Good Luck...

  3. we run our car on cooking oil, we top it up with diesel. you dont need to heat it up before hand as the engine does this.

  4. go to ebay and type in WVO in vehicle parts. loads of usefull staff there. alternatively you can fabricate your own separate fuel tank and re route the vehicles cooling system through the tank to heat the oil.

  5. Mine is a dual heater from Germany.Electric heats the fuel, till the coolant is hot enough. Then electric heaters turn off.

Fattywagons.com has the cheapest injection line heaters.

I run no more than 50%wvo mixed with diesel. This gives the engine longer lifespan 1,000,000 miles.

  6. Run it  along the exhaust pipe, to warm it while running.  Use electrical heat tapes to warm it before starting the engine. Use a separate heavy duty battery for that.

  7. You can buu fuel heaters in most truck stops, they hook up to the cooling system and pre-heat the fuel or electric
