Cool Pix Camera...Waranty!?! Help...

Around December-ish i purchased a very nice cool pix camera, around 350$...I always keep it in a protective case, and i'm not sure if it dropped from my hands or something, but it broke. The screen is completely black and like an internal crack. But-it was ALWAYS in the protective case so how did it break so easily?? Does anyone know the waranty? And if Circuit City can do anything for me? How could this happen so easily? It also didnt like drop out of the case from a high, height, there are no cracks on the out side or marks and scuffs. HELP!

Maybe somebody borrowed it without your knowledge.  The case should have been enough protection.  Check your warranty, find your receipt and take it back to Circuit City.  Good luck!
