is getting a coporation hard?? i'm just asking this for my dad, he is wanting to start on for his idea.

  1. No, go to your state's website all of the forms and information are there.  They charge a registration fee and an annual fee.  If you dad is the only employee it is really easy.  If he has employees it gets more complicated, at least it was for me.
