  1. ok, so when you want to aim, position yourself so you are facing the target, and do a left right motion with your legs.  bring your butt down, and then pop up, and you should have a nice, easy bump.

  2. After 3 hours of "pepper" you wont even notice how you are positioning your hands, only that you are returning with accuracy and speed and the hand placing becomes 2nd nature.Think one fluid motion, loose approach, then deflection return and follow through with the body, then regroup ready position. You will see allot of experienced players dont really have their hands "cupped" waiting for the ball, instead they have legs spread more than shoulder width apart, one slightly back and one forward, knees slightly bet so they can go in any direction, you'll find this position more comfortable.Arms are ready to come together. There should be someone on your team that knows the "pepper" drill.

  3. you can either overlap your hands and put your thumbs together or you could make a fist with one of your hands and put it in the other with your thumbs together. DONT interlock your fingers, that's the easiest way to break a finger.

  4. ok.so you want to know how TO POSITION your hands.

    okay...

if you are right handed like i am,

you would put your left hand laying on TOP of your right hand, put your right thumb onto your left handwhile having your left hand fingers curling on TOP of your thumb.

  5. athletic position with your knees bent, your weight forward on the balls of your feet, and your arms extended forward and down. Hold your palms open and facing up, and then lay one hand on top of the other. Fold your hands inward until your thumbs are side by side, pointing away from your body and slightly down. The knuckles of your fingers should be facing out. Bring in your elbows and lock them so that your forearms are as close to touching as possible, creating a flat platform from your elbows to the tips of your thumbs. Tilt your platform toward your target. Allow the ball to bounce off your forearms (rather than swinging your arms at it). hope i helped☺
