Correctional Deputy

Any one know how the acedemy is ......

Im not sure how to answer your question.  In MN we have correctional officers and sheriff's deputies.  Correctional officers are in essence prison gaurds and sheriffs deputies are police officers.  If its a prison guard, in MN all you need is a high school diploma, and if a cop, you need at least a 2 yr college degree, plus post/academy.  Sorry, you should be more specific.

Probably depends on your state or city where your going to. I don't know how much it varies from a normal academy. good luck.
