Cosmetology license-London?

Question

so i am from california, and im almost done with school and soon to have my cosmetology license...but i am going to be moving to London..so i am wondering...

what are the qualifications for a license there?

can i transfer my hours?

ive looked everywhere on the net, but i cant find any answers to my questions...

any helpful websites, anything, please!

May I suggest that you get in touch with BABTAC which is the British Association of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology - they are an officially recognised body for Beauty Therapists in the UK.  A link to their website is below:

There isn't a 'licence' as such, and in the UK we call you Beauty Therapists, rather thatn Comsetologist - which is why you might have found it difficult to find the information.
