Cost of living in Guernsey?

Anyone knows what is the average an individual living alone will spend per month for living in Guernsey,i.e. food, leisure, travel...etc.

What can also be the cost for renting accomodation,e.g, a studio or a one-room apartment!

it is very high and also very hard to get any accomodation in the channel islands
