Could Ammonium nitrate cause this problem?

Question

I stored a bag of ammonium nitrate on may back porch in its origional plastic bag. I noticed the cedar siding against which the bag was learning, looked wet. It stayed there over a year and after removing it, the entire board looks wet. Did the ammonium nitrate cause that ?
