I'm a Canadian citizen. Could I live and work in France?

Sure you could, I'm assuming you speak French - which makes things a lot easier. If not, I'm not fluent in French yet (I'm studying French) and I live in France for about half of each year.

As long as you get all your paperwork in order - go right on ahead and try it out.  It's a great country!
