Could another war spark with japan?

60 years ago we hit them hard with two nuclear bombs..

Do you think Japan will just accept that all those citizens died? Don't you think they will want revenge?

There technology and Advanced Military vehicles and weapons are passing right by America's military. Plus we turned are back on them..

We accepted there Manga, Anime and all there great electronics, However don't you think they are just making all this so they look important? So once we got are bakc turned and they are all powerful they will hit again?

Japan has long since accepted it as a reality of the war. They are currently one of our best allies alongside Britain. We have actually been urging them to build up their military to counteract other eastern influences, but they do indeed have that war is bad mentality. Other than that they are a pretty fine nation.

Honor is a big part of the Japanese culture, and they are honoring the treaty in the greatest possible way.  They have no offensive military, only a defense force.

If they were going to get "revenge", they would have done it already.  It's been over 60 years.  Also, they're one of our greatest allies, and we're their greatest trade partner.  Japan is at a point now where a war with the United States may actually hurt Japan more than the United States, regardless of how the war turned out.

It was two Atomic bombs(Nuclear is EVEN worse)

and we help them rebuild. Spending our money and sending our people. They started the **** by bombing Then-U.S Territory Hawaii(Later after WW2 became a State).

We have several bases there from both the Navy and Air Force(May be others from the other branches too).

We also back them, and have trading deals on not just supplies but entertainment(Movies, Anime,etc.)

God you are paranoid. Japan has no intention of attacking the USA, or anywhere else for that matter. For one, it has a ridiculously ageing population, and the young people it would lose in a war would leave very few people to work for their economy. The Japanese do not want revenge. Just like Germany does not want revenge, and like the USA does not want revenge for all of its people that were killed.

They are powerful now, but they are your allies, and would never go against that due to the importance of honour and alliances in their culture. They are not going to "hit again" for the simple reason that they have no reason to want to. (and they trade a lot with America, and wouldn't want to lose that market).

The Japanese are a lovely people who have no intentions or secret plans to build up strength and then bombing anyone. It is the USA bombing other countries like Iran and Russia that you should be more worried about.

And it is 'we turned OUR back on them' (though you havn't) and their, not there.

Since 1945, generations of Japanese have grown up with the "war is bad" mentality, provided by the US mandated constitution which effectively "neutered" Japan.

It would take years to erase the docile mindset of the people and revive the code of Bushido, which would be necessary for proper execution of a war in Japan.

Of all the possibilities for war, one with Japan is probably the least likely of them all... ain't happening
