Could i get viruses from limewire ?

yep...limewire has a shitload of viruses embedded in mp3 files that look normal and even plays in media player but also has a backdoor virus that enters ur registry

there is alot most time its exe files I would only use it to download videos and music I think torrents are better when it comes to downloading exe files.

You have a pretty good chance at getting infected, espeically is you download stuff from it every day and it's even higher if you download software. My sister gets music from it, can;t tell you all the Virus and spyware that's always found on the computer.

One time it took me two days to remove all the infection.

I do not know the chances are, but I know 2 of my friends got a really bad virus from limewire but if you use it legally than your chances are none. so as long as you don't download copy written music, videos, movies, and software you'd be ok. [ Because if you use it legally then you know the source and if you know the source you know if it has or hasn't a virus]
