Could it be an inline fuse?

So the signals and hazards all quit working in my 1986 Dodge Ram D50. I changed the flasher and still they did nothing. I looked for the fusible link wire and couldnt find it. I did however find an inline fuse near the battery around the cluster of wires. Could that be the thing I need to change? It says 30 on it. And how do I tell without one of those lights if its burnt or not?

It's the blinker switch on the column. The hazard lights also run through there.

And it's a test light........they're cheap buy one.

if that fuse goes to the turn signal circuit, i t could be part of the problem. pull the fuse out and look at it, if the fuse is blown, replace it and try the signals again. but if that fuse blew there was a reason that it did, like a trailer on the back of the truck. the additional lights would raise the amp drain on that circuit causing that fuse to blow. or you could have a short in the system some where.
