Can someone give me an excercise routine that burns like 500=1,000 cals and is good for losing weight on your butt.

  1. first of all you must eat the right stuff ie low fat foods and keep off the snacks for the exercise side of things go on long bike rides and try to keep a good fast pace or you could try running up and down stairs is a good one to try basically the more you sweat the more you burn good luck
