My friend told me that she did 8 hours or more of work -straight- at the cafe she works at, and was never told by her manager that you MUST have a break at 5 hours [lunch break, tea break etc], as its illegal in Australia. Shes only 14 so I guess that she didn't know half of the work force rights....Could she actually sue her place?
