Every night I dream of a man, average looks but with a kind and good heart. Every night I see him looking after me and supporting me in all that I do. Different events are played out, me going to the doctors and him supporting me and taking an interest in my health, me pregnant and him looking after me. Him waiting for me just waiting and waiting and I can't seem to get near him. Him following me but something always standing in his way. Who is this guy and why do I keep dreaming of him? Is he a future partner? Answer only if you know about precognitive dreams

This guy is your desire, desire of a close companionship in the future.  

In other words, because of loneliness, you projected and plotted and a perfect or caring individual to show up in your dream to comfort you and satisfy you.
