  1. It really doesnt sound like an infection.  there isnt any redness is there?  if not then your eyes are probably dry, i know, you said that they are watery, but that is a tall tell sign that your eyes are dry.  try this, get some visine "tears"  its fairly new.  first wash your face with warm water, pat it dry then pat your eyes dry with a tissue as if you were wiping tears away.  use the visine tears for about 3 days  twice daily and see if that helps. good luck.

  2. it might be if you have your hair in your eyes it could be botheing your eyes ,or it could be somthing in the ait that your eye doesnt like.

you should try eye drops, that might help it.

  3. when you put your eyeliner on, try and make sure that it goes underneath your bottom lashes, so it is not close to your eye- never use someone elses makeup, and never let anyone use yours. whatever bacteria they have in their eyes may not bother them, but it could bother you. if the eye gets worse, try some polysporin eye drops, and if it isn't better in 10 days, then see a doctor. remember-dont share any makeup-not even a lipstick-nothing. ok?

  4. watery eyes with little irritation is an indication of allergy. It can be cured by taking off the shelf antiallergic. on the contrary, infected eyes usually turn red and itch alot. Also, stop using makeup for a while to rule out if you are allergic to the makeup.

  5. Do you wear contacts? Do you share applicators for what little eye makeup you DO wear?

It does NOT take much to get an eye infection.
