my camera was broken, when i start it, it shows ERR_CODE ZL0020 and then shutdown.

i have no idea of it.

i searched ERR_CODE ZL0020 and found some linkes through google, it was German, but i only read a little English, could you read the links and translate a solution for me? i really appreciate it, thank you!

Hi Coner.   Who knows how long it will take to get someone who can answer your question,  so why not try something else while you wait.  Go to the web site for the manufacture of your camera and find the "Contact"  link or 1800 number for tech support.   Either call or email with your question and get your answer straight from the horse's mouth.  In most instances,  if you email,  you should get a reply within 24 hours.  If you call,  you should know immediately.

Conor, on the google search, open the "translate this" link next to each page it's found.  Google will give you a rough English translation.

Second idea, give us the make and model # of your camera and we might be better able to identify the problem for you.  Hopefully, it's a well known brand.
