i got this task for homework i have to write a 200 word to an imaginary friend who wants to become a vegetarian and i have to use modal verbs how does this sound??? and how many words have i typed???

I heard you are thinking about becoming a vegetarian.
Well I think it is a great idea.
Most people choose to become vegans to promote a more humane and caring world also for their health, environmental and/or ethical reasons.
It is easy for a vegan diet to meet the recommendations for protein as long as the calorie intake is adequate. Dried beans and dark vegetables are especially good sources of iron. Iron absorption is increased by eating foods containing vitamin C along with foods containing iron. Vitamin D is not found in the vegan diet but can be made by humans with at least 10-15 minutes of summer sun on the hands and face 2-3 times a week.
Vegan diets are free of cholesterol and are generally low in fat. Eating a vegan diet will makes it easy to conform to recommendations given to reduce the risk of major chronic diseases such as heart disease and cancer. High-fat foods which should be used as little as possible including, oils margarine, nuts, nut butters, seed butters, avocado, and coconut. Therefore there will be a smaller parcentage of getting any disease of any kind. There should also be a bigger parcentage of having more energy because there is no high-fat foods allowed in a vegan's dies.A healthy vegan diet includes fruits, vegetables, plenty of leafy greens, whole grain products, nuts, seeds and legumes (a plant that has its seeds in a pod, such as the bean or pea)
