Will you eat something if it says 'May contain traces of dairy', what if it says 'Most likely contains traces of dairy'.
If you owned your own chickens, and the animals were obviously not mistreated would you eat the eggs??
If you are out, or at someone else's house and a food appears to be vegan, but has some unknown ingredients, will you just risk it and eat it?
Have you ever slipped and eaten something that wasn't vegan on accident?
