Cracked nail (vertically) help?

My sister's nail (on her thumb) is cracked vertically. I did a small sketch on microsoft paint, to give you guys an idea:

Also the right part grows out a bit faster than the left side, forgot to note that in the drawing. Her nail cracked because somehow those fake nails that you can get at a salon cracked her real one.

The nail has been growing cracked ever since that happened. Can this be fixed? Please help. thank you.

Maybe if you use special nail polish.

Ask the ladies at the salon, or her doctor.

1.good 4 u seeing about your sister! and 2.have go to a nail place to get a special bandage for her nail.it looks just like a nail so she wont have something wraped around her finger.

This happened to my grandma, her nails split. when she goes to the nail salon, her stylist puts some sort of bandage on it that looks like the natural nail. You could also see a doctor, and find a special polish the heal the nail.
