Question:

Cramped feet?

We were using fins today at swim practice.

Fins always make my feet cramp up.

My swim coach told me to eat bananas for patacium

What else has patacium?? Im not a very big fan of banannas

  1. bananas? Who is...lol.

    Here are some I know of, remember that having to much can be bad for you, so dont go to overboard with it....

    Apricots, Bananas, baked potatoe, sweet potatoe, beetroot, greens, tomato puree, prune juice, carrot juice, tomato juice, spinich, lentils, beans and milk are some.

  2. my feet cramp from fins too. Some times it is to the point where I swim five laps behind everybody with out them. Potassium works but get a bouncy ball and roll it under the arc and ball of your foot every day or time you get. It loosens my feet up alot so that cramps dont come so easily.

  3. i m not sure if there is anything to prevent it but to a good way to make it go away is to grab your fins by the end and pull it towards you this dose the trick
