im takin 2.5 grams of creatine a day a half hour before workouts. If i take more will i get bigger faster? if so how many grams should i take?

  1. You won't get bigger faster by using creatine. Creatine will help you to provide more energy and endurance. It should be taken about 5 grams before workout. Some people even take creatine before and after workout to speed up metabolism and reduce the delayed onset muscle soreness. If you want to get bigger faster, work hard and do the proper diet, also take isolate protein from famous brands of supplement.


  2. Probably not. Your muscles can use only so much creatine at a time. Any excess will be excreted via your kidneys. Too much creatine can damage your kidneys and you can get dangerously dehydrated. Also, all creatine does is cause your muscles to retain water, making them look bigger. When you stop using creatine, your muscles will go back to their normal size. I hate to say it, but the only lasting way to build muscle mass without injuring your body is through hard workouts.
