is it ok for a 15 yo (nearly 16) to use creatine in sports and weightlifting?

  2. It's pointless using it, unless your actually going to make the most of it.

    You would be better off (especially in the money department) just sticking to eating lots of protein; I go to the Gym after Lunch, and before i go i eat 2 Tins of Tuna with tons of salad.

    You can also eat lots of Chicken, and other people use Porridge.

  3. perfectly safe, its just an amino acid.  Be sure to hydrate properly.
