Creative Zen help???

Question

Its connected to my laptop and charging, but i can not access it from my desktop... so evidently i cant put music on it.

so can you pleas expound on some possibilities that could help fix my problem?

try unplugging it, and plugging it back in.

Make sure you installed any software that it comes with.

Try accessing it through windows media player, and syncing it there.

Read the troubleshooting section in the instruction manual.
