Creative Zen mp3 player?

Question

I cant get a music downloader to pop up? Am i supposed to use windows media player, or is there a program i'm supposed to use? If there is a program do i get it online? cuz it wont pop up when i plug the Zen in.

I use windows media player for my zen, just synk the songs.

Your zen should come with a cd thing that you put in your computer and then you can download it then you can put your songs on it. At least mine did...
