Credit Card Problem!?

I am a student and have 2 credit cards... i only have enough money to pay either (1) completely off, or 2 1/2 way down... which should i do?

  1. Pay one completely off and then use that same amount you were paying on the other one and apply that to the other one until it is at zero, too.


  2. Consolidate the two cards into one! Use the card that charges the lowest interest rate and discontinue the other. NEVER pay the minimum! You will never get out of debt if you do this. I have fallen into this trap, don't let it happen to you.

  4. pay 2 1/2 way down, you do have minimum payment options too. you rfeally should not use both though if it is too much for you.

  5. Pay off the one with higher interest rate first.

    Will you have money to pay off the next one coming up?  

    While you are young, manage your finance well.  Don't live in debts.  After you pay off both credit cards, start using Cash as much as possible, that will help you prevent over spending.

  6. try to give the minimum on both. and try to pay off one card. and see if you can get buy on just one card. having two cards can get you in trouble.
