can i pay off my credit card off over the counter before i actually receive my paper bill through the door?im a hsbc customer ...

  1. yes as long as you have a previous statement with details on back. just be aware you might still in-cure interest from when last statement printed till date paid.

  3. Some banks or building societies wont let you pay over the counter, they make you call the actual department that deals with credit cards. The halifax is one that does that, dont know about hsbc.

  4. It all depends if they have this type of service available.  So, you should call HSBC, and ask them.  If not you can alway go online or just snail mail your payment into the company.

  5. if you have your credit card number ,there is no reason why you cannot do this ,go into the bank and sort this out ,Barclay's visa card is the responsible of Barclay's card services and not the local barclay's bank,that is the same across all the bank's ,that was just a example ...i think i have made that clear
