Is this a shoplifter? if not explain how it is not a shoplifter. the person enters a unlocked backdoor of a electronics store at night comes inside and steals a tweeter from the store. shoplifters steal from stores so how is it not a shoplifter. this is new york

Its not because to shoplift you usually do it during store hours.  That is called burglary and breaking and entering...../
