They're all man made dude. There all special tools that you can buy that can help make them.

They've pretty well shown that they were made by men, but if anyone has found any reason for making them I haven't heard about it.

yes. they are pieces to a puzzle. connect the pieces and you get the designs to make a machine. the machine generates free energy and gravity modification, and is meant to be housed in a saucer shaped craft for interstellar travel.

They're all man-made...I know for a fact that they did a study in the UK and  90% of reports were investigated, and they found the pranksters...should be about the same here :)
